I offer a flexible service based on your cats’ individual needs and personality. All visits include feeding, fresh water, litter tray maintenance (if required), as well as any other odd jobs that would be helpful whilst you’re away (collecting post, watering plants etc.).
Shorter “scaredy-cat” visits (30 mins) – for more timid kitties not too keen on strangers.
Longer “furry friends” visits (60 mins) – for kitties that would prefer a bit more company, this includes playtime and cuddles!
I can do 1 or 2 visits each day, where I work to requested times as much as possible to continue their usual routine but typically work within 3 time slots:
Morning (9am-12pm)
Afternoon (12pm-3pm)
Evening (5pm-8pm)
30 min visit

A short visit to put out fresh food and water, change any litter trays and check on their welfare. This type of visit is a good choice for kitties who aren't too fond of strangers and prefer to be home alone.
Two 30 min visits

Two short visits per day for fresh food and water, litter tray maintenance and a quick kitty check. This is a good choice for kitties who are happier left alone and would like two feedings each day (often better for wet food).
60 min visit
£15
A longer visit that also includes time for cuddles and playtime! This type of visit is a good choice for kitties who would enjoy some company or might be a little unsure being home alone.
Two 60 min visits
£27
Two longer visits per day that also include time for cuddles and playtime! This is a good choice for kitties who would prefer some company and would like two feedings each day (often better for wet food).

If you have more than two kitties - lucky you! - this is an additional daily charge for up to 2 additional pets.

If you think that your cat would benefit from some extra company whilst your away (if they're not too happy home alone or you're going on a longer trip) then you can guarantee a longer visit by booking in advance (per hour).
Christmas & New Year
I will be working over the holiday period to take care of your furbabies so that you can visit your family & friends (or just get some peace & quiet!), however space is very limited so please get in touch asap if you would like to book for these dates. Please see below for Xmas/NY pricing:

Why should I choose a cat sitter rather than putting my cat in a cattery?Cats are far more comfortable in familiar surroundings so it is much less stressful for them to stay in their own home while you're away. They will still get food and fresh water every day, and I'm happy to offer playtime too if they'd like, but the rest of the time they're free to roam their normal environment rather than being confined to a kennel surrounded by strange sounds and smells that might cause them anxiety.

Are you insured?Yes.

What do I need to provide?Sufficient food and any medication for the full duration of the booking, as well as any items/equipment required for their cats care (bowls, toys, blankets, grooming tools etc.). Keys (or similar) and any codes required to enter your home.

Do you have any requirements?I ask that all cats ·are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and treated for fleas/worms.

Will you keep in touch while I'm away?Absolutely! I send updates after each visit with photos of your cats so you know how they're doing, and you can contact me anytime if you have any questions or issues.

What if there's a problem?I always take every precaution to ensure that your kitties and your home are well taken care of, but if there are any issues whilst you're away I will let you know asap. I always make sure I have the contact information for someone in the area (usually a neighbour or family member) in case of an emergency, and the details of the vet you're registered with.

I'm not sure what option we need, can you help?Of course! I'm happy to answer any questions that you have. I also offer a free consultation/meet & greet for all new clients so we can go over all the details and get acquainted before we go ahead with any bookings.

How long do visits last?I offer 30 min and 1 hour visits, which is the minimum amount of time that I will spend providing care for your cats. I'm happy to stay with your kitty longer if my schedule allows, or I can stick to the minimum visit time, so please let me know which you would prefer. If you think that your kitty would definitely benefit from more companionship then you can also guarantee extra time by booking it in advance.

Do you host pets in your home?Unfortunately not, I'm unable to take in any more pets at this time :(

Do you look after dogs too?No, sorry. I love dogs too but unfortunately I don't have the experience to offer this service.

How do I make a booking?Please visit the booking page on the website and complete the form or email ttmabcatsitting@gmail.com with the following information: - Name - Contact no. - Address - Dates of visits - What service you require - Cat name(s) and brief description I will then get back to you to either organise an initial meeting or send you a confirmation and payment details.

Do you require a deposit?I ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid at least 2 days before the booking is due to start.

What if my plans change?Please let me know as soon as possible of any changes to your dates or if your trip is cancelled so that I can make the necessary changes to your booking. The cancellation policy can be seen below, on your service agreement, and in your booking confirmation email. I will do my best to accommodate any changes but the sooner I know the better, especially if you will be delayed returning home.

What is your cancellation policy?Full refund if canceled before 10:00 a.m. two days before the booking, 50% refund afterward. No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.

What if I'm delayed returning home?Please let me know ASAP if you won't be returning as scheduled.
